The results of night four of Sanremo are in, with all 25 competing acts taking to the stage once again. Instead of their original entries, the acts performed cover songs.
The voting on night four consisted of televote (34%), media jury vote (33%) and a demoscopic vote (33%). The top three acts were as follows:

The final will take place on the 5th of February, where the entrants will sing their original entries once again. The top 3 will be determined solely by televote, and then the voting will be reset. The winner is decided by 34% televote, 33% media jury and 33% demoscopic vote.
The winner of Sanremo has the first opportunity to either accept or reject representing Italy at Eurovision.
